How to place an order on Aakaara? - Placing an order on Aakaara is extremely simple. - Browse the merchandise by clicking on the product icons, and discover the full collection. - When you find an item that you wish to buy, select the colour, quantity and size and then click on the 'Add To Cart’ button. - Review the products by clicking the 'My Cart' icon on the page and then click on ‘Checkout’ to finish the order. How to track an order?   - You can track your order status as soon as it has been shipped. - Click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your purchase in real time. - You can also go to the “My Account” section, and check if the product is shipped. - If yes, then the shipment details will be updated in your account, which can be tracked on the courier service’s website. How much time will it take for my order to arrive? - Depending upon the courier service and your location, it takes approximately 5 - 7 business days for the delivery of a package How can I modify my order after having placed it? - Combining orders or adding items to an existing order can’t be done if you have already placed it. - If you wish the package to be delivered as a whole, you will have to cancel the current order and place a fresh one which includes all the items. How will my order reach? - Aakaara ships via registered courier services such as Shipyaari. - They will try to deliver the package to you with a maximum of three attempts before they return it back to the warehouse. Kindly provide us with your updated shipping address and mobile number to help us deliver your package smoothly. If you notice that the package is damaged, return the package immediately. Is it possible to cancel my order? - Yes, you can cancel an order within 24 - 48 hours from the time of placing the order. If I cancel my order, how will I get the refund? - If you picked COD (cash on delivery) as your payment option, we don’t need to refund any amount as you haven't paid for the order. For payments done via debit card, credit card, online wallets or net banking, you will get a refund into the account within 10-15 days from the day of order cancellation.

What are the payment options at Aakaara? - We accept debit and credit cards, net banking, or online wallet. We also give the option of cash on delivery for all the orders. What should I do if my payment fails? - Ensure that the information you’ve entered is correct, including all personal details, passwords, billing addresses and try making the payment again. - If the payment fails again, you can utilize the COD payment option. - If your amount is debited from your bank account after a payment fails, it will automatically be credited to your account within 10-15 days after we get a confirmation from the associated bank. Why am I being charged GST? - GST is the tax applicable on the goods and services over the original price. - GST has to be paid by the consumer, and if your order is placed on or after July 1st 2017, - GST will be imposed on your orders. GST contains all other taxes such as VAT, Excise duty, etc. If applicable, the GST amount can be seen on the checkout page. How is the GST amount decided? - For clothing, a maximum of 12% of the net payable (MRP) will be collected from the customer.

What are Aakaara’s shipping terms and conditions? - Aakaara offers free shipping for all shipments. What should I do if my package is unsealed or tampered with upon delivery? - We apologies if such an incident occurs. You can return the products purchased from Aakaara within 30 days of getting the package Is it possible to modify my address if the order has already been dispatched? - Once the package has been dispatched, we won’t be able to redirect the orders. Hence, please ensure that you give a shipping address where you’ll be available so that we can deliver as per the official delivery terms.

What is Aakaara’s return/exchange policy? - All return or exchange requests are treated as different cases, and we will not be able to offer returns and refunds if we don’t have your complete and correct shipping address. - Aakaara offers an easy 30-days return policy to our users. - You can exchange or return articles within 30-days from the date of delivery. - In case of a return, please inform us concerning a replacement or exchange - Please note that you can also call or mail us regarding the return of a package. Will I get a complete refund against my order? - All articles purchased from Aakaara can be returned for a complete refund within 30-days from the date of delivery. - The items that have been bought on sale cannot be refunded and are subject to exchange only. How long will the return process take? - As soon as you cancel an order, we will initiate a refund, which will take approximately 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account. How will I receive my refund? - After a meticulous quality check, we will offer you a refund. Any refund initiated will be presented in the original method of payment.

What are the advantages when I create an account?   - Anyone can access Aakaara’s website and the products available either by registering on the website as a member or using the website as a guest. - However, please note that a guest user may not have full access to all sections of the website including certain promotional/discount offers, which shall be reserved only for registered members. Are the colors of the merchandise displayed online the same as the actual product? - All the products on Aakaara are crafted with the genuine materials, and we assure you that the photographs of our products are taken under high-grade lighting provisions so as to provide a mirror image of all the product you see online. - Though, you may see some minor differences in the colour of the material or prints of the product image you see on the screen and the actual product. - This doesn’t mean the product is damaged, but a slight variation caused due to lighting. What if I want to buy a product that is sold out? - If a product is sold out, you can put it on your Wishlist and enter your email address. We will inform you as soon as the product is back in stock by emailing you. How do I determine the accurate size for me? - We have provided customized size charts for each section. You can find the perfect fit for every product on our website by visiting the size chart section for your reference. In case I forget my password, what should I do? - Simply click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ icon available at the customer login page. A link will be mailed to you on your registered email id to reset your password.
